You have the option of picking up your coffee at the warehouse

You can schedule a warehouse pickup at checkout. Specify the pickup date in the calendar and include details in the comments box.

Keep in Mind

Your coffee will be ready and available for pickup at the warehouse once your receive a delivery order (DO.). If you do not have a DO, your coffee will not be available and ready for pickup. If you did not receive a DO, please email info@covoya.com. Sometimes DO emails end up in a spam/junk folder.

Typically, your coffee will be available for pickup 1-2 days after placing an order. On your pickup date your coffee will be available during the Will Call window only, as the warehouse requires the morning to locate and prepare your coffee.

  • The Will Call window for Vollers UK is 11am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
  • The Will Call window for Schwarze and Consort is subject to warehouse discretion

After the Will Call window on your initial pickup date, you will be able to pick up anytime during warehouse operating hours.
